    Step 6: Review and Confirm

    1. Review the selected materials, views, and organizational data.
    2. Make sure the information is correct and consistent with your requirements.

    Step 7: Save Changes

    1. Click on Save to confirm the extension of the selected materials.
    2. The system will update the material master and display a confirmation message.
