Step 1: Accessing SAP Transaction VL03N

  • Create Return Delivery: In case a customer wants to return goods, you can create a return delivery using VL03N. Select the relevant outbound delivery and go to “Other Functions” > “Create Return Delivery.” Follow the prompts to create a return delivery document.
  • Change Delivery Status: Sometimes, you may need to change the status of a delivery, such as from “Planned” to “Shipped.” To do this, select the delivery and go to “Other Functions” > “Change Status.” Choose the desired status and save your changes.
